The catch
It's remote: about 3½ hours from Dublin Airport and 2 h 40 from Belfast by the club's own estimate, so plan an overnight nearby.
Our tip
The club's stay-and-play partners are the Nesbitt Arms in Ardara (11 min away) and the Waterfront Hotel in Dungloe. The links restaurant is closed Monday to Thursday, so plan meals around that.
